How do I choose the right lens tint for my sport?
We offer a variety of D+ lens technologies designed for specific light conditions. Our Rose lenses are ideal for trail running and variable light, while our D+ Black and G15 lenses provide maximum protection for bright, high-exposure environments.
What is your return policy for performance eyewear?
We accept returns on all unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that the protective film on the lenses has not been removed to qualify for a full refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, District Vision ships globally. Shipping rates and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and preferred carrier.
How should I clean and maintain my District Vision frames?
To maintain the integrity of the anti-reflective coating, always use the provided microfiber pouch or a dedicated lens cleaning cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or paper towels which can scratch the lens surface.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All District Vision products are covered by a one-year manufacturing warranty. This covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not include normal wear and tear or accidental lens scratching.
Can I add prescription lenses to your frames?
Many of our technical frames are RX-compatible. We recommend consulting with your local optometrist or contacting our support team for specific frame measurements and compatibility details.
